Stanbic Uganda Cup defending Champions BUL FC have cruised to the round of 32 after edging Buganda Region side Sparks FC 1-0 in the Round of 64.

Hillary Onek second half goal was enough to send the reigning champions into the round of 32.

In the other game that was played on Monday, Ndejje University FC beat Kampala Region side Ntinda United FC 3-1 at Kampala Quality.

The visitors scored their three goals in the first half thanks to Wasswa Nsale’s brace in the first two minutes before Obedi Brian scored the other. The hosts found a consolation in the second half.

BUL FC and Ndejje join Big league table leaders Kitara FC, Eastern Region side Admin FC, Nothern Region’s Pajule Lions FC, Blue Stars FC from Kitara Region and Junior Eagles FC of North Eastern Region into the Round of 32

There will be 3 games on Tuesday, 31st January as last year’s runners up Vipers SC visit Kitara Region side Bujumbura United FC at Kibajwa P/S in Hoima at 4pm.

Jinja North United FC who are 7th on the Big League table will visit Eastern Region side Busei FC at Ssaza Ground in Iganga.

FUFA Big League side Clavary FC will also be in action against Eastern Region side Budondo United FC at Budondo Sub-county at 4pm.
