Vipers goalkeeper joins Big League giants on loan

Goalkeeper Mutwalib Mugolofa has joined FUFA Big League bigwigs Mbarara City until the end of the season.

Mugolofa spent the first round of the season at Kyetume on loan from Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC.

The youthful goalkeeper is expected to take up the club’s starting gloves as the crucial second round kicks off.

He is expected to vie for the number one place with Wyclif Mori Manja and Hakim Nsamba.

Nsamba was in goal as the Ankole Lions beat Tawai SC 1-0 in a round of 64 game of the Stanbic Uganda Cup played in Dokolo.

The Sadick Sempigi coached side currently occupies the second place on the Big League table with 30 points, one behind leaders Kitara FC.
