Big League leaders Kitara FC suffered a 2-1 defeat on the road against Calvary FC at Midigo Primary School grounds.
It was Calvary’s victory over the leaders in a space of five days after also eliminating them from the Stanbic Uganda cup.
Michael Kedi and Ogenga were the men who put Sam Ssimbwa’s men to the sword.
Marksman Jasper Aheebwa pulled one back for Kitara.
In the other top of the table clash, Police FC and Mbarara City FC shared spoils in a one all draw at Kavumba Recreation grounds.
Kitara FC remain on top of the table with 43 points, two above Police FC
Calvary FC move to 5th position with 33 points.
Ibrahim Tembo was the goal scorer for Mbarara City while the in form Emmanuel Mugume scored for Police FC
Mbarara City wasted an opportunity to go level on points with leaders Kitara. They move to 41 points and remain in second position.
Police FC also remain fourth with 40 points same as third placed NEC FC
Match day 23 of the FUFA Big League will be played on Thursday 30th March.
Mbarara City will host Ndejje University, Kitara FC will face off with Police FC in Hoima and Calvary FC will visit Luweero United at Kosovo grounds
