She Cranes provisional squad for 2023 Netball World Cup revealed

She Cranes head coach Fred Tabale Mugerwa has summoned a 30 player provisional squad for World Cup 2023.

The team will start none residential training on Monday 17th April 2023 at Kamwokya Community Sports Center.

The global Netball Showpiece will be held in South Africa from July 28 to August 6.

Uganda is in Group D alongside World Cup holders New Zealand, Trinidad and Tobago and Singapore.

In other groups, Scotland are in Group B alongside World No 3 side England with Barbados the final team added.

Hosts South Africa will take on Jamaica, Wales and Sri Lanka in Group C, while Zimbabwe and Fiji join Australia and Tonga in Group A.
