Express target ascendency as struggling Wakiso Giants visit

Express FC will be seeking revenge against Wakiso Giants when the two sides face off on Friday at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.

The Purple Sharks prevailed 3-2 during the first round meeting at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.

The Red Eagles come into this contest after a 1-1 stalemate with Bright Stars in their previous game.

For Wakiso, they powered past relegation threatened Onduparaka 3-0 in their last league game.

Victory over Onduparaka saw the Purple Sharks maximize points in the league this year.

Midfieder Hussein Senoga, Shafiq Ssebyala and Arthur Kiggundu will miss the contest through respective injuries.

Wakiso on the other hand will again miss the services of Apollo Kagogwe, Paul Willa while Titus Ssematimba is also doubtful.

Lawrence Bukenya will miss the game through suspension.
