Njovu and Butiko make light work of Nkula and Nsuma to prevail in Bika Bya’baganda

Njovu and Butiko became the first two teams to progress to the second preliminary round of the Bika Byabaganda Football tournament.

Njovu defeated Nkula 5-2 at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium in Wakiso thanks to Uthuman Kakembo for scoring a hat trick for Njovu clan.

Shaka Ssozi and Batte Sherrif also scored each for Njovu.

Nkula’s two goals were scored by James Muyomba

At Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku Butiko defeated Nsuma 5-2.

Kawere Lumago, Jaliru Zzimula, Saziri Nkonge, Edrine Kagende and Dennis Kasirye were on target for Butiko

Anthony Kimuli and Innocent Mukalazi Kanaabi were the goal scorers for Nsuma

Njobe had to play Nakinsige at Kawanda SS but Njobe did not honor the fixture same as Nkusu that did not turn up to play their fixture against Mazzi ga Kisasi at Buddo Secondary School.

The first preliminary round will climax on Wednesday 31st with five fixtures
