Double Champions Vipers SC play a pre-season friendly with Tanzania Premier League side Kagera Sugar FC on Tuesday, 1st August.
The game will be played behind closed doors at St Mary’s Stadium in Kitende.
The Venoms are preparing for the forthcoming CAF Champions league preliminary round with Botswana side Jwaneng Galaxy and their FUFA Super 8 contest with BUL FC.
They also had a pre-season friendly with Big League side Jinja North winning 3-0 at Kitende.
Vipers’ visitors Kagera finished eleventh on the 16-team Tanzania Premier League table last season with 35 points they garnered in 30 games.
Nicholas Kasozi and Dissan Galiwango are new signings at Kagera Sugar.
The Venoms are under the stewardship of Leonard Martins Neiva who replaced Alex Isabirye Musongola.
Vipers have so far signed seven players who are Brazilian duo of Giancarlo Lopez Rodriguez and Luiz Otavio alias Tinga, the others are Richard Matovu, David Bagoole, Grant Matsiko, Mauritanian national Mohamed Salem Ekbad and versatile player Paul Patrick Mbowa.
