Former SC Villa striker unveiled as 8th signing of Police FC

FUFA Big League big spenders Police FC have finally announced the signing of striker Isaac Ogwang as their latest signing.

As earlier reported by this website, Ogwang signed a two year contract with Cops

The striker has been featuring for Uganda Premier League side Arua Hill where he spent only one season after leaving SC Villa last year.

Ogwang was Arua Hill’s second leading scorer last season with five goals

He is expected to be Police’s chief source of goals in the pursuit for promotion back to the topflight.

Ogwang is the 8th new player to be unveiled by Police and the third to switch from Arua Hill.

He follows former teammates Steven Kabuye and Ivan Eyam, Edward Kasibante, Allan Bukenya, Edmond Robert Otim, Raymond Onyai and Ahmed Amayo.

The club is expected to unveil former Vipers forward Joseph Janjali who joined the club from Rwanda’s Espoir FC.

Police will be under the tutelage of coach Simon Peter Mugerwa who replaced Angelo Lonyesi last month.
