The federation of Uganda football associations (FUFA) has set a new date for the called off Super 8 semi final match between KCCA FC and URA FC.
The match was supposed to be played on Sunday 20th at the MTN Omondi Stadium Lugogo but due to the sudden death of URA tactician Sam Timbe (R.I.P) , a decision was made that the match be postponed.
The two sides were bound to face off at the semi finals stage.
This website understands that it will now be played on Friday 25th August at the same venue at 5:00 pm.
Sam Timbe (R.I.P) has been laid to rest today Monday 21st August 2023 at Namayumba, Nakaloke Nakaseke district.
The winner of the semi final will face BUL FC in the final who eliminated SC Villa.
