The Uganda Schools Football Association(USFA) has unanimously passed the financial year budget for 2023/24.
The development was confirmed at the General Assembly held at GNS Plaza Hotel in Kampala.
USFA passed the budget worthy Shs296M at the assembly on Saturday for the 2023/24 financial year.
“We are to use the money to co-fund school football competitions for the 2023/24 season such as Odilo, Girls Football and facilitate those in CAF schools tournaments as well as run capacity building training in Football.”
Said Ayub Khalifah Kiyingi, the chairman USFA before adding,
“As an association we have done a tremendous role in promoting football in the country and we also want to continue working hand in hand with the Federation for the development of youth football in the country.” Said Kiyingi
The Patron of USFA and FUFA Vice President Justus Mugisha and FUFA EXCOM Chris Kalibala graced the event.
