NEC will target bouncing back to winning ways when they host winless UPDF FC in a battle of armed forces at MTN Omondi Stadium Lugogo

NEC has won two fixtures 5-0 and 1-0 against Busoga United and Mbarara City respectively and lost 3-0 to record champions SC Villa.

UPDF played to a goalless draw with UPDF and lost to Wakiso Giants and UPDF.

Hussein Mbalangu believes his team have rectfied the mistakes that cost them the Villa match and hopes to make UPDF pay.

“We can not afford losing a second consecutive match and more so infront of our fans. We have corrected the previous mistakes and very ready to attack any opponent.”

“UPDF is a very good side that has been in the top flight for some time and also badly need these points, we are banking a lot on home advantage.”
