Uganda Cricket Cranes kept their T20 World Cup dream alive with A historic victory over Zimbabwe on Sunday at the Cricket Council Africa ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier in Windhoek, Namibia.

The Cricket Cranes beat Zimbabwe Cricket by 5 wickets after chasing a target of 137 runs with 5 balls to space.

For starters, Zimbabwe are ranked 11th in the World while Uganda are 23rd.

The historic win was inspired by Riazat Ali Shah, Alpesh Ramjani and Roger Mukasa.

Dinesh Nakrani and Kenneth Waiswa were instrumental in the historic win that keeps the Cricket Cranes in contention for a first-ever senior men’s national team Cricket World Cup.

The Cricket Cranes now have three big matches; Nigeria, Kenya and Rwanda to go in this campaign.

They will next face off with Next Fixture Nigeria tomorrow at 3.30pm.
