Juliet Nalukenge came off the bench to score a second half hat trick as Apollon Ladies thumped Lakatamia FC 9-0 at the Pareklisia Community Stadium in the final game of the year.
Nalukenge was introduced in the second half and got on the score sheet in the 63rd, 70th and 86th minute.
This happens to be Nalukenge’s first hat trick since recovering from a lengthy ACL injury that kept her out of action for about 11 months.

Ghanaian forward Elshaddai Acheampong scored four goals while Elizabeth Oppong and Krystyna Freda grabbed one goal apiece to complete the rout.
The Crested Cranes striker ends the year on a high in the same week she earned another international nomination from the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) among the best U20 players.
Nalukenge and teammates are expected to return to action on January 7th 2024 as Apollon Ladies take on Aris Limassol in the Limassol derby.
Apollon Ladies currently lead the Cyprus Women’s League table with 30 points from the 10 games played.
