Kitara FC will be aiming to close the gap on leaders BUL FC when they travel to Mbarara City FC on Wednesday.
A win for Kitara FC will see them move two points of the top.
The Ankole Lions on the other will be seeking to use their home advantage to prevail over Kitara. Wasswa Bbosa coached side are unbeaten at home since their 1-0 defeat to Kitara in their opening game.
They are currently 10th on the Uganda Premier league table 12 points.
Kitara FC head coach Brian Ssenyondo will be facing his former paymasters alongside Jude Semugabi, Paul Mucureezi, Brian Aheebwa, Jasper Aheebwa and Simon Okwalinga.

The hosts will be without Jungu Methodius, Ronald Edwok (Malaria), Geoffrey Sunday (Hamstring) and suspended skipper Joseph Akandwanaho.
Kitara will miss the services of Najib Yiga they will however be boosted by the return of Crispus Kusiima and George Senkaaba.
