Midfielder Alex Emmanuel Wasswa has returned to his parent club KCCA FC after a short loan spell at Express FC.
Wasswa joined Express FC at the start of this season on a loan deal from KCCA FC.
The midfielder confirmed his return to KCCA FC in a statement he released on Wednesday
“Dear Express FC, I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible journey I have had with the club. It’s been a short time but filled with unforgettable moments of learning, exposure and support.”
“I am sincerely thankful to the fans, fellow players, coaches and management for their unweaving encouragement. As I turn my focus to my parent club KCCA FC, I carry with me the valuable experiences gained during my time with Express FC.” Said Wasswa
Wasswa was one of the best performers at the Red Eagles during the first round of the season. He managed to score four goals at the seven time Uganda Premier league champions.
