KITARA REGIONAL LEAGUE: Kiryandongo eye back to back wins away to Dove FC

Kiryandongo United FC targets a second consecutive victory of the second round in their visit to Dove FC at Katusabe grounds in Masindi on Sunday 3rd March.

The visitors defeated Buhuka 1-0 in their previous encounter courtesy of Mustafa Matovu at Kiryandongo Booma grounds.

They are in the second position in Albert group with 25 points three below leaders Buhimba Saints United FC.

Their hosts are in the eighth position with 14 points from 12 games.

Head coach Richard Opio asks his boys to give it all as their target of making it to the play offs is still on,

“I request my boys to give it all and we are to handle this game as a cup final, our target of making it to the promotional play offs is still on.”

New signing Saviour Opio who joined Kiryandongo United FC in the January transfer window is expected to have his debut.

Captain Emmanuel, Alex Siro and Milton Owekngom will miss out this encounter.

The two sides have met eight times in all competitions each side has won three and the other two have ended in stalemates.
