Peter Onen has tendered in his resignation from the role of being the Head Coach of Busoga United, Swift Sports understands.
Onen was in charge of Busoga United since November last year and has only served for only four months.
His departure leaves Busoga United under the stewardship of Lt. Vincent Lukyamuzi who was in charge of the club since the start of the season.
Reports also suggest that Busoga United have also hired former Lady Doves coach Jessy Lukoki in a bid to boost their survival chances.
Lukoki recently resigned from the FUFA Women Super League club in a bid to seek greener pastures.
Busoga United are currently sitting in the relegation zone as the season heading for the business end.
They are 14th placed with 16 points from 18 games played.
