KCCA FC will be without midfielder Alex Emmanuel Wasswa when they face off with Vipers SC in the Uganda Premier league contest at Kitende on Friday night.
Wasswa’s absence was confirmed by the club head coach Abdallah Mubiru during a press briefing on Thursday morning.
The Kasasiro Boys will also be without their inform striker Muhammad Shaban for the trip to Kitende due to card accumulation while Usama Arafat is with the U-20 National team at the ongoing African Games in Ghana.
KCCA FC head coach Mubiru believes that his side has other good players who can fill Shaban’s void.
“We are believers and we know whatever happens, happens with a reason. So God knows why he chose Shaban not to play this game but still we have good players in squad, they are ready we have prepared them.”
“Shaban is out but we have replacements whom we think will want to put up a mark into their careers. We are not mourning anybody, we are to miss him but we have good players at the same time.” Said Mubiru

Shaban who currently has 11 league goals this term scored twice when the two sides faced off in the reverse fixture at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo in November last year.
