Nkima Clan has named their sports management committee ahead of the 2024 Bika Football and Netball competitions.
The committee will be headed by Mathias Jjumba with Twase Ndiwulira as his assistant.
James Ssekitoleko is the Secretary General while Moses Bisaso will serve as the Treasurer.
Malende Wanzu is the Men’s team manager while Sauda Nannyunja will be responsible for the women’s team.
Kisekka Ali is the head of technical while Owek.Joseph Kawuki will head the mobilization team while Wasswa Ssegawa is the media officer.
Nkima Clan last won the football competition in 2018 when they beat Mpindi 1-0 in Butambala. They are also previously winners in 1962 and 1993.
The 50th edition of the Bika competition will officially start on 20th April with Mamba Gabunga taking on Butiko in Netball.
A week later, the same clans will battle in the football opener on 27th April. On the same day, the Netball competition will climax and the winner will be handed a shield by his his Majesty Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II.
