BUL FC returned to winning ways with a 3-0 win over Wakiso Giants at the FUFA Technical centre in Njeru on Saturday.

The Eastern Giants come into the contest after back to back defeats to UPDF FC and SC Villa before a goalless stalemate at Kitara FC.

Wakiso Giants on the other hand had prevailed 1-0 over NEC FC in their previous game.

Jeromy Kirya gave Abbey Kikomeko coached side the lead in the 25th minute before Alex Kitata secured maximum points with a brace in the second period.

Kitata had gone nine games without scoring for the Jinja based side, he had last scored in BUL’s 1-0 win over Busoga United in December last year.

BUL FC are now second on the Uganda Premier league table with 43 points, one adrift of leaders Kitara.

Vipers and SC Villa are third and fourth with 41 and 40 points respectively.
