Vipers will be seeking to leapfrog Kitara FC at the top of the Uganda Premier league when the two sides face off at Masindi Municipal Stadium.
The Venoms will be also be targeting revenge over their hosts who eliminated them in the Stanbic Uganda Cup on Sunday.
Both sides played out to a 2-2 draw in their quarterfinal before Kitara prevailed on penalties.
Kitara currently lead the Uganda Premier league table with 44 points while Vipers are third on 42.
Victory for Brian Ssenyondo coached side will see them extend their lead at the summit while a Vipers win takes them to the top.

The hosts will be without defender Jasper Aheebwa due to suspension while Ibrahim Magandazi and George Ssenkaaba are out.
Najib Yiga will also miss the contest since he is cap-tied to face his parent club (on loan from Vipers).
Richard Wasswa’s Vipers will again be without Ghanain Fumador Awisome due to a thigh injury.
