Mulikyi’s contract dispute with URA FC, amidst pending transfer to KCCA

URA FC has released a statement regarding Hudu Mulikyi’s employment contract.

The revenue collectors claim that Mulikyi who has already agreed to join KCCA FC has a two years left on his employment contract.

“It has come to our attention that there are circulating rumors and speculations about our esteemed utility player, Hudu Mulikyi, potentially joining KCCA FC. We would like to categorically refute these claims and set the record straight.

“Mulikyi remains a vital part of URA FC, and we are proud to have him as part of our squad. Mulikyi has a binding contract with URA FC that extends until 2026.” Read the statement

Sources close to Mulikyi’s representatives claim that the versatile player’s contract at URA FC expires on 1st July, 2024.

“Starts on 11th September 2019 ends on the 1st day of the month July and the year of 2024 thus a team of (4) years.” A source disclosed

Mulikyi had already agreed a two year employment contract with 13 time Uganda Premier league champions KCCA FC.

URA FC also stated that Mulikyi is currently training with the team ahead of their test match for Nakivubo stadium Grand opening on Saturday 1st June 2024 against Kitara FC.
