Godfrey Lwesibawa has revealed that he was forced out of Express FC by former CEO Isaac Mwesigwa who took him as a scapegoat.
While appearing on YouTube Channel Uganda Fan TV, Lwesibawa stated Mwesigwa who was serving as Express FC CEO forced him out of the club for his relationship with coach Wasswa Bbosa.
“I remember during my time at Express FC, the CEO by then Isaac Mwesigwa wanted me out of the club. He even used to name line ups for coach James Odoch and in most cases I was on the bench.”
“He used to tell him that don’t name Wasswa Bbosa’s players. Mwesigwa used to target me for my close relationship with coach Wasswa Bbosa. He used to say that I make players rebellious because of coach Bbosa, so that’s why I decided to leave the club since I was taken as someone causing havoc at the club.” Narrated Lwesibawa
