Six time Uganda Premier league champions Vipers SC have agreed terms with former SC Villa and URA FC left back Derrick Ndahiro.
Swift Sports Uganda understands that Ndahiro will join Vipers SC on a two year employment contract and the deal is expected to be finalized soon.
Ndahiro has been featuring for Rwanda Premier league side Police FC but requested the club to terminate his employment contract with a year remaining ahead of his move to Kitende.
To terminate his contract at Police FC in Rwanda, Ndahiro will have to pay 5,000,000 Rwandan franc to cover the remaining year on his contract.
Ndahiro joined the Rwanda Premier league side at the start of the just concluded season on a two year deal as a free agent after his departure at URA FC.
The left back started his career at Kamwokya before joining SC Villa in 2018 from Kamwokya’s Riverside Forest Park FC.
In 2021, he joined URA FC after impressing at the record Uganda Premier league champions SC Villa.
Last season, Vipers SC finished third on the league table with 56 points as they were dethroned by SC Villa.
