Six time Uganda Premier league champions Vipers SC have completed the signing of Bright Stars striker Issa Bugembe.
Swift Sports Uganda can reliably confirm that Bugembe has joined Vipers SC on a three year employment contract.
Bugembe also features for St.Mary’s Boarding Secondary School Kitende, the feeder for Vipers SC senior team and represented them at this year’s Nationals that were held in Masaka.
Before joining St.Mary’s Kitende, the youngster previously played for Royal Giants School team and helped them lift the 2022 Mityana District Football championship as they qualified for the nationals that same year that were held in Arua, scoring five goals.
Bugembe also features for the Uganda National U-20 team (Hippos) and represented the national at the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations Finals that were staged in Egypt last year.
Vipers have already confirmed left back Derrick Ndahiro as their first signing under new head coach Nikola Kavazovic.
