Express FC have completed the signing of former SC Villa forward Charles Ssembalirwa on a two year contract.
Ssebwalirwa featured for SC Villa during the 2022/23 season that saw the Jogoos miss out on the league title on the final day of the season.
He has previously featured for Lugazi Municipal and Kyetume FC as well as Ssingo in the Airtel Masaza Cup among others.
Ssembalirwa follows Geoffrey Gagganga who also joined the Red Eagles from Kampala Regional League side CATDA FC.
Express have embarked on preparation for the forthcoming season under the tutelage of Baker Mbowa.
The Red Eagles will also represent Uganda in the CECAFA Kagame Cup to be held in Tanzania and Zanzibar this month.
