Busiro Ssaza management team has sacked their head coach Emuron Recoba.
The 2022 Buganda Masaza Cup winners have part ways with Recoba following a poor string of results in the 2024 tournament.
Recoba has lost two and drawn once in the three group games he has managed Busiro. The development comes days after the resignation of technical Hakim Kasirye.
Before joining Busiro, Recoba had previously worked with Butambala and Gomba in the Masaza Cup tournament.
The management team has replaced Recoba with Paul Kiwanuka who has previously served at Kyaddondo in the prestigious competition.
Kiwanuka has also serves at Uganda Premier league side UPDF FC. He has also previously managed at Soltilo Bright Stars.
Busiro were due to return to action this weekend with a home fixture against Buvuma but the Masaza Cup organizing Committee decided to postpone the game since Busiro team is affected by several injuries.
Busiro is in Masengere Group alongside Mawokota, Busujju, Buvuma, Ssese and Kabula.
