City Oilers secured a record extending 10th consecutive National Basketball title after their victory over KIU Titans on Wednesday night.
City Oilers prevailed 64-51 to complete a clean 4-0 sweep in the best of seven series.
Before Wednesday’s game, City Oilers had triumphed in game one, two and three (70-61, 70-65 and 72-70).
Petty Parrish managed 21 points while Titus Lual and Ivan Muhwezi each registered 11 points.
Ben Komakech also contributed 10 points to City Oilers’ victory.
Edgar Munaaba was the leading scorer for KIU with 13 points while Peter Obleng and Mpiya Juf each managed 12 points.
Before their record extending 10th title, City Oilers had previously prevailed over KIU in 2018 and 2023.
