Newly promoted FUFA Big League side Paidha Black Angels are in advanced talks with right back Andrew Kaggwa.
Kaggwa is a free agent following the expiration of his two years employment contract with Express FC.
Paidha Black Angels have tabled a contract of one year with an option of extension.
Kaggwa has previously played for Soltilo Bright Stars a side he served for six years.
Paidha Black Angels have so far unveiled Brian Kayanja, Billy Nkata and Fredrick Mayindi from NEC FC, Luweero United and Kaaro Karungi respectively.
The team will be coached by Ibrahim Kyobe who will be assisted by former Kajjansi United coach Robert Kafeero (Kapelo)
The Blacks earned promotion to the FUFA Big League after defeating Northern Gateway 2-0 in a two legged promotional play off final.
