Kitara FC have bolstered their squad with the signing of winger Rogers Mugisha on a one year contract, Swift Sports understands.
Mugisha recently parted ways with Danish second tier side AC Horsens in pursuit of playing time.
He was destined for Brera Strumica FC in North Macedonia but Swift Sports understands his transfer was put on hold.
He has now reunited with Brian Ssenyondo who was his coach at UPDF FC two seasons ago.
Mugisha has grown through the ranks from the national U17 and U20 national teams and was named among the best performers at AFCON U20 tournament last year in Egypt.
He is expected to add more fire power in the Kitara FC attack that also has striker Patrick Kaddu as a new signing as earlier revealed by this website.
Kitara also signed Moses Sseruyidde who spent last season at Rwanda’s Police FC.
The Royals are interested in signing former SC Villa attacking midfielder Umar Lutalo who is also a free agent.
