The Buganda Masaza Cup semi-final schedule has been set as the final four chase a place in the final showpiece.
Kyaggwe, Buwekula, Buddu and Kyaddondo make up the final four after Ssingo, Mawokota, Kabula and Busujju were eliminated in the quarter-finals.
Ssingo’s hopes of a third Masaza Cup triumph were ended at home on Sunday as they bowed out at the quarter-final stage.
Kyaggwe prevailed to the Semifinal after eliminating two time competition winners Ssingo 2-1 on aggregate in what could be Simon Peter Mugerwa’s final game in the prestigious event.
Buwekula also advanced to the last four with a 2-1 aggregate score over three time winners Mawokota.
Felix Ssekabuza coached side will now battle with Kyaggwe for a place in the final.
Buddu also cruised to the semis with a 3-1 aggregate win over Kabula while Kyaddondo knocked out Busujju 2-0 on aggregate.
Kyaddondo and Buddu will meet again in the Semifinal following their group stage meetings this year.
The semis will be played on Sunday, 6th October and 13th of the same month.
The winners in the semifinal will face off in the final due on Saturday, 26th October.
