Vipers SC will entertain reigning Uganda Premier league champions SC Villa without their head coach Nikola Kavazovic under the floodlights of Kitende on Saturday.
Kavazovic was suspended by the club for one week after a disagreement with the club hierarchy.
With Kavazovic suspended, John “Ayala” Luyinda who joined Vipers coaching staff earlier this week and Fred Muhumuza are expected to be in charge of the team.
The Venoms played out to a goalless stalemate in their previous game at Lugazi FC last week.
Vipers however won their first home game of the campaign with a 3-0 victory over Express FC.
SC Villa smiled to a 2-1 win over BUL FC in their last game but they had lost their first away outing 1-0 to Mbale Heroes.
Key players:
Allan Okello, Milton Karisa and Yunus Sentamu are expected to light up the hosts attack.
SC Villa will look up last season’s MVP Patrick Jonah Kakande, Hakim Kiwanuka and skipper Ronald Ssekiganda for inspiration.
