•Kitara FC Vs BUL FC at Butema-4Pm

Kitara FC head coach Brian Ssenyondo will be targeting maximum points when his side hosts BUL FC on Friday at Butema.

The Royals come into this contest after a 1-1 draw away to Ssenyondo’s former paymasters Mbarara City FC.

“We wanted three points at Mbarara City but we got a well earned point away to a tough opponent. We have some moral going in the game against BUL FC, I know they won away to URA FC.

It’s a team we have so far not beaten since last season, we want to beat it. We have not won at home in two games. It speaks volumes and I believe everyone is well motivated to see that we put up a great performance and get the three points we badly need.” Said Ssenyondo.

The tactician also confirmed that Benjamin Nyakoojo who has just returned to training and Ivan Sserubiri are out of the contest.

Ssenyondo’s future at Kitara remains under scrutiny with some fans calling for his sacking after a poor start to the season.

Kitara FC are winless since their 3-0 win on match day one away to Lugazi FC. They have lost their previous two home games (2-1 against NEC FC and 1-0 against Police).

They have garnered four points in five games while BUL FC are on five points.

BUL FC on the other hand recorded their first win of the campaign with a 1-0 victory at URA FC.

They will be targeting back to back wins when they travel to Kitara FC on Friday.
