The FUFA Referees Disciplinary Panel has suspended referee William Oloya from officiating football for six months with immediate effect.

According to FUFA, Oloya cautioned two players Gavin Kizito Mugweri and Emojong Anthony Okimaru during the KCCA FC Vs NEC FC this season in the league but never reported the yellow cards in his final report that was submitted to FUFA and UPL Secretariat.

Besides a six month suspension, Oloya has been directed to undergo a refresher training session on reporting with an instructor appointed by the FUFA referees’ office.

The experienced referee has to avail a report to that effect before the completion of his six-month suspension failure of which he shall stay suspended until the course is done.

Meanwhile, FUFA has also confirmed that KCCA FC has lost their League game against Mbarara City FC by forfeiture for fielding Gavin Kizito who was ineligible due to card accumulation.

The 13-time Uganda Premier league champions had won the contest 2-0 in Kakyeka thanks to goals from Ettiene Katenga and Emmanuel Anyama.
