Vipers SC striker Isaac Ogwang is set for Vipers Return after the March international break.
Ogwang joined Vipers from Police FC in the January transfer window and limped off on his debut for the Venoms 2-0 victory over URA FC.
According to Vipers website, “Ogwang is out of rehabilitation and now working on his fitness levels as he steps up his strength and conditioning training. He could be available after the upcoming international break.” Read the statement from the club
Ogwang left Police FC when he was their top scorer in the Uganda Premier league this term with six goals to his name.
He also featured for Arua Hill before joining the Cops at the start of the 2023/24 season, helping them to Uganda Premier League promotion.
He scored 12 goals as the Simon Peter Mugerwa coached side won the Fufa Big League title during the 2023/24 season. He is also a former SC Villa player.
Meanwhile, Vipers have confirmed that forward Annest Ankunda will be out for the rest of the season.
