On Monday, Uganda Cranes head coach Paul Joseph Put summoned a 26-man squad for the forthcoming 2026 World Cup Qualifier matches against Mozambique and Guinea due this month.
FUFA has now revealed the travel plans for the team ahead of the clash against Mozambique due in Cairo on 20th March.
The summoned Uganda Cranes squad will camp in Egypt with the travel of the local based players starting on 15th March.
According to FUFA, the foreign based players will join the residential camp in Cairo after the weekend of (15-16 March) matches with their clubs ahead of the Mozambique clash.
Uganda Cranes has managed six points in Group G of the World Cup Qualifier matches and will be seeking to brighten their hopes of progressing to the biggest football showpiece with maximum points against both Mozambique and Guinea.
Put’s men will host Guinea on 25th March at Mandela National Stadium in Namboole.
