Frank Muna Kalule scored the all important goal in the second half to give Paidha Black Angels maximum points away from home.
Paidha Black Angels could have scored more but goalkeeper Richard Afoyo denied them on numerous occasions.
This is only the second away win for the West Nile side of this campaign with the other coming against Kiyinda Boys.
Paidha Black Angels are now fourth on the FUFA Big League table with 29 points, two adrift of second and third placed Blacks Power and Gaddafi FC respectively.
Booma on the other hand remain winless since their 1-0 victory over Kigezi Homeboyz in November last year and are second from the bottom with 15 points.
