KCCA FC will be seeking for a fourth consecutive win when they host relegation threatened Soltilo Bright Stars under the floodlights of Lugogo on Friday.
KCCA FC beat UPDF 2-1 in their previous league game, while Bright Stars FC shared spoils with Mbarara City FC at Kakyeka.
KCCA FC head coach Abdallah Mubiru has warned his troops over complacency.
“The message to the players is very clear. We do not have any room for complacency. We face a side that is fighting to survive relegation, and such sides are usually tricky. We can’t afford any more slip-ups, so we are treating this game very seriously.”
The 13-time League champions will be without Joel Sserunjogi due to suspension. They will however be boosted by the return of Hassan Muhamud, Steven Munguchi, and Musitafa Mujuzi.
KCCA were 1-0 victors over Bright Stars FC in the reverse fixture in October 2024.
