The tax collectors have won 10 of their last 23 meetings over Bright Stars and lost twice.
For Bright Stars, they travel to URA after a shock 3-1 win over Police FC in their last game and are currently second from the bottom with 15 points.
Bright Stars however last maximized points against URA FC in 2019 with a narrow 1-0 victory at that time.
