St Noa Girls are the 2025 USSSA Girls’ Football national champions following their triumph over Amus College School in the final played at Bukedea Comprehensive Stadium on Tuesday.
St Noa needed a 5-3 shootout win to overcome Amus College after the game had ended 1-1 in normal time.
It was a repeat of the 2023 final that saw Amus College come out on top with a narrow 1-0 win.
Sylvia Kabene fired St Noa into a deserved lead in the first period before Eunice Nabwoba levelled matters in the second half.
The winner was to be decided via penalties with St Noa excelling 5-3 to clinch their second Girls National title after their 2022 triumph in Gulu.
St Noa Girls, Amus College School, Boni Consilii, and Kawempe Muslim will represent Uganda at this year’s FEASSSA games.
