Rwanda Premier League champions APR FC are in advanced talks of a potential move for Wakiso Giants’ Blanchar Mulamba.
APR have embarked on signing new players in a bid to strengthen their squad ahead of next season that will see them compete in the CAF Champions League once again.
The club is reportedly in talks with three foreign players who include Mulamba as well as Ghanaian defender Razak Simpson and Burkina Faso forward Jack Pantoulou Diarra.
Mulamba has enjoyed a meteoric rise that has seen him feature in the Masaza Cup, the FUFA Juniors League, the Schools Competitions, the University Football League but also the national U20 Team, The Hippos.
APR have already signed Uganda Cranes midfielder Ronald Ssekiganda on a two year contract following his exit from SC Villa.
The reinforcement comes after parting ways with six players who include Taddeo Lwanga, another Ugandan who was at the club.
Forwards Denis Omedi and Hakim Kiwanuka are the other Uganda Cranes players who feature for APR.
