Ugandan goalkeeper Charles Lukwago has joined South African side Siwelele FC, according to Pan Africa football.
Lukwago has been clubless since his departure at South Africa’s second division side Venda FC.
The experienced goalkeeper has previously featured for KCCA FC, Proline FC, Lweza United, the now-defunct SC Victoria University, and St George FC in the Ethiopian Premier League.
The former KCCA FC captain has 24 appearances in the national team colours since making his debut in 2019.
His new home is a South African professional football club that was formed following the purchase of SuperSport United for R50 million at the end of the 2024/25 Premiership season.
