Group B: Spain, Thailand, Colombia, Canada

Group C: Portugal, Tanzania, Japan, New Zealand

Group D: Brazil, IR Iran, Italy, Panama


The group stage draw of this year’s FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup has been held with Africa’s representatives Morocco and Tanzania finding their opponents at the inaugural edition of the competition.

The draw was conducted on Monday at the BGC Arts Center in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Philippines where the tournament will be staged in November.

Morocco the reigning African Champions arr in Group A alongside the hosts Philippines, Poland and Argentina.

East African nation Tanzania will be in Group C that has number 3 ranked Portugal, Japan ranked 5th and New Zealand.

Group B will have Spain, Thailand, Colombia and Canada while Group D has Brazil, Iran, Italy and Panama.

The inaugural FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup will be held from 21 November to 7 December in Pasig City, Metropolitan Manila.
