Express FC is set to sign former BUL FC striker Deogratious Ojok, Swift Sports reliably understands.
Ojok is a free agent after parting ways with Kenya Premier League giants Tusker FC.
He is currently training with the Red Eagles ahead of the transfer deadline day on Friday.
Ojok has spent four years with Tusker after leaving BUL FC and subsequently won the Kenya Premier League title in the 2021/22.
He rose to the scene with JMC Hippos before joining BUL FC in 2018 but also played for Acholi Province in the FUFA Drum.
Express has already roped in a number of new faces to replace the already departed players from last season’s squad.
Mikidad Ssenyonga, Ali Mwirusi, Moses Oloya, Lawrence Bukenya, Douglas Rwotngeyo, Peter Onzima, Ismael Ali, Kisa Yosia, Herbert Asiimwe, Mustapha Kassim and Gift Lubega are some of the new recruits at the club.
The Badru Kaddu coached side finished 5th in the recently concluded FUFA Super 8 tournament.
