Kitara FC will be aiming to return to winning ways when they host unbeaten BUL FC at Royals Park Butema on Thursday.
Kitara lost their previous league encounter 1-0 away to SC Villa before the international break.
BUL on the other hand drew 1-1 at NEC FC in their previous league outing.
The Royals have never maximized points against the Eastern Giants in the Uganda premier league.
Kitara’s only victory over BUL came in the Stanbic Uganda Cup last season.
Wasswa Bbosa believes his side can turn this around and smile to their first ever league win over their visitors
“They are good side with a good technical staff but we have worked on a lot of things since the defeat to Villa and we want three points,” said Bbosa.
Abbey Kikomeko’s men have managed four wins and two draws against the Royals.
Kikomeko whose side is unbeaten in the league since December last year is optimistic that his charges will maximize points at Butema
“We are playing our 7th league game tomorrow against Kitara at Royals Park Butema. It is one of the teams that disturb us a lot, mostly when they are at their home, but we have prepared well enough to see that we get the maximum points.” Said Kikomeko
His side will miss the services of goalkeeper Tom Ikara, who is in Morocco, for national team engagement while the duo of Isaac Musiima and Martin Aprem are injured.
