URA FC eliminated FUFA Big League entity Blacks Power to seal a place in the round of 16.
The tax collectors needed a 6-5 shootout win to advance after a goalless stalemate at Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo.
FUFA Big League side Onduparaka FC also needed a shootout victory to overcome non-league entity Football Classroom.
Onduparaka progressed 5-4 on penalties after a goalless draw at the Greenlight Stadium.
Joint ten-time record holders Express FC edged Ntugasaze 2-0 at Kira Road Police Arena in Kamwokya thanks to goals from Mikidadi Ssenyonga and Henry Wamala.
Happy Boys Kagaba ejected FUFA Big league side Kigezi Homeboyz 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in normal time.
Onduparaka, Express FC, URA FC, Happy Boys Kagaba join Vipers, KCCA FC and Kitara FC in the round of 16.
