Dubai-based TikToker/socialite Barista Timo real names Timothy Sserunjogi and Socialite Shakib Lutaaya husband to Zari, the boss lady will face off in the corporate fight due April 11th at IUEA in Kansanga.
Shakib asserts that he learnt many things from his previous fight with Ricky Man and promised to deliver victory this time.
“Last time I underestimated my opponent, I took him lightly and lost the fight but this time I have prepared more. I promise my fans that I will come out on top.” Said Shakib
Barista thanked the Uganda Boxing Federation president Moses Muhangi and also fired a warning to Shakib
“I thank the UBF president for organizing such fights and I call all my fans to come and grace the event. To my friend Shakib, just wait for your punches.” Said Barista
Uganda boxing federation president Moses Muhangi emphasised the importance of embracing corporate boxing to the sport of boxing while the two Socialites revealed why they chose to engage in a corporate fight and their expectations.
“Corporate Boxing is great to the game of boxing, it connects the corporate world to the game of boxing. Therefore, I call upon the Minister of Sports Peter Ogwang, National Council of Sports chairman Ambrose Tashobya to come and embrace the event.” Note Muhangi
The fight night will also have, among others, top stars Isaac Senyange Jr., Shadir Mubiru, in action.
There will also be an elimination fight for the national team boxers preparing to represent the country in the 2026 Glasgow Commonwealth games due July in Scotland.
Farahat Manirola will lock horns with Bate Nuhu in their first of the three scheduled trials.
