Record Uganda Premier League champions SC Villa will host their league game against BUL FC at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku on Friday.
The Jogoos host their home games at FUFA Kadiba Stadium but will shift to Wankulukuku for the game against BUL since the Uganda National U-20 Women’s team Queen Cranes will Kadiba on Saturday for their return leg against Ghana.
This will be the first game that the Jogoos will host during day since they have been playing under the lights this season.
Villa has won nine league games at Kadiba this term and only drawing four of the games they have hosted at the Venue this season.
Intact the Jogoos along with Vipers SC, Kitara FC and NEC FC are the only sides yet to suffer defeat at home.
Villa lost their previous league game away to Kitara which was their fifth defeat of the season and all have come on the road.
It should be remembered that the 17-time record winners didn’t pick maximum points in the last three games they hosted at Wankulukuku, drawing against KCCA and Kitara before losing to NEC FC. Recently Wankulukuku hosted the opening games of the Bika Football Championship.
Villa is currently fourth on the table with 51 points in the 26 games they have played this season and eight points behind leaders Vipers SC.
