Owek. Robert Serwanga Ssalongo officially launched the Katambala Cup in Butambala at Kitagobwa UMEA grounds on Friday 23rd February.
Welcomed by Katambala Hajji Sulaiman Magala, Serwanga was impressed by the youth’s involvement in sports and requested those possible to render them all the possible support,
“I am impressed with how the youth have involved themselves in development and sports we believe its the only way to go I request those possible to support them, I believe one youth can develop Butambala if handled very well.”
Majara appreciated the minister for giving them time and all those that took part in making the preparations successful,

“On behalf of Butambala I thank the minister for fixing time and visit us so I call upon all those blessed with talent to showcase their talents we also promise to do everything possible to give support as Butambala our focus is competing and winning the Masaza Cup championship.”
Ssabadu Ngando and Bulo played to a one all draw in the opener.
Hussein Makanga scored for Bulo while David Kirumira was the goal scorer fir Ssabadu Ngando
