In their desire to bounce back into the Uganda premier league, relegated Sadolin paints FC have appointed Big league promotion expert Richard Makumbi who is fresh from winning promotion for Mbarara city FC
Makumbi who recently received his CAF B licence at Njeru technical Center, will spend the next 2 and a half years at Sadolin paints after agreeing to put pen on dotted lines for a two and half year deal.

Makumbi has won promotion for Buikwe Redstars FC, Victors FC, BUL FC, K/ Mukono, Iganga TC, Bunamwaya (now Vipers) ,Soana, Bidco and Nalubaale.
On June 30th, Sadolin paints FC sacked their entire coaching department which was led by interim coach Magada Kenneth, Simon Kirumira and Abdusalam Musafiri following their relegation to the Big league.
